Little Bears Rules of Play
1. Little Bears Winchester does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, therefore all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
2.Please note we have a wide range of toys, some toys may be small and need additional supervision. Particularly children under 3 years old who will require direct supervision.
3. Please remove shoes before entering the play space.
4. Adults and children must wear socks at all times whilst in the play space.
5. No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play space.
6. Play is restricted to the allocated play session.
7. 5 minutes prior to the session end time we will start to tidy away the play. We encourage the children to help as put the toys back in their correct place.
8. Customers who are unwell, or who have been unwell, should not visit the session for 48 hours.
9. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will be asked to leave without refund at the discretion of those running the group.

6. The hall hire is arranged and paid for separately by the client and therefore Little Bears Winchester is not responsible for any issues regarding the premises.
7. 5 minutes prior to the session end time we will start to tidy away the play. We encourage the children to help as put the toys back in their correct place.
8. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the premises are safe and appropriate for a party of this nature.
9. When a party package has included food, the client is wholly responsible for sharing any dietary requirements or allergies with Little Bears Winchester.
10. All parties will require a 50% deposit. If the party is cancelled 14 days prior to the party date, 25% of this deposit will be returned.
11. Any party cancelled within 14 days of the booked date will be subject to the full 50% deposit being kept by Little Bears Winchester.
12. Once a quote has been sent by Little Bears Winchester, the client has 5 working days to pay the 50% deposit and secure the date. Failure to do so may result in the date being offered to another party.
Photos and video
Photography policy
We love you taking pictures or videos of your children during the session. Please always be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop, please do respect the rights of others. In addition if we feel that the amount of video is excessive, not just short clips, then you may be asked to stop.
We may take photos and videos at Little Bears Winchester events. The images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images publicity or other purposes to help achieve our aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases. You may request in writing that we do not take photos and videos of your children.
